Is the program network compatible?
Yes. Foodco 6 has been tested on both Novell and Microsoft networks and we have customers using Foodco in many different configurations. Call us to discuss your particular needs.
Does Foodco 6 have user access password protection?
Yes. User password access can be set up by the system administrator and allows each user customized access privileges.
What kind of printers can I use with Foodco 6?
Since Foodco is a modern 32-bit application, any printer that is supported by your operating system can be used.
Can I use my data from previous versions of Foodco with Foodco 6?
Yes. Data conversion from Foodco 5.5 is included with Foodco 6. Older version of Foodco may be converted for a nominal fee.
How do I get training for Foodco 6?
Attend a training workshop provided by Foodco trainers, or if you have several people for training, we can schedule a special training in your facility. Please call us at 1.888.4FOODCO (1.888.436.6326) for further information.
60 days of technical support is included with your purchase of Foodco 6 and is available thereafter through an annual fee or by the call. Our support hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time at 801.225.7907.
